Maria Belén is a partner at Racciatti & Hourquescos, she is part of the corporate team and is responsible for the Compliance area.

Throughout these years she has advised national and international clients on all kinds of complex corporate transactions. She has also developed and expanded the firm’s Compliance practice.

She plays an active role in the areas of corporate law, compliance, and trusts and fiduciary services.

Experience

Maria Belén has advised national and international clients on complex corporate disputes and corporate restructurings. She has also advised multinational companies based in Argentina in the development and implementation of compliance protocols and corporate governance codes.

She has a well-known practice in matters related to the structuring of real estate and financial trusts.

Doctrinal and teaching collaboration

In her academic role, she is currently an assistant professor and lectures for the course on Corporate Law (Derecho Societario) at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Rosario, of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

She has participated as a full member and assistant in meetings, conferences and national congresses on Commercial and Corporate Law.
