Experience

Gustavo has advised on civil and commercial litigation on, inter alia, insurance, agency and distribution agreements, international sale and purchase of goods, liability of corporate directors, challenging corporate resolutions, real estate and corporate M&A disputes, tort law, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards.

Gustavo has also successfully led contentious tax proceedings before the federal courts and the Argentine Tax Court.

Gustavo has acted as a trustee of several Argentine companies and local subsidiaries of foreign groups.
