Laura is an associate at Racciatti & Hourquescos. She specialises in civil law focused mainly on tort law and consumer defence, including class actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked as an attorney for the Municipality of San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Province of Buenos Aires.

She works in the areas of insurance law, tort law and consumer defence.

Experience

Laura is part of the tort and litigation team representing insurance companies, financial and credit institutions, automobile companies, car dealerships, savings plan administrators and food companies, among others, in matters related to consumer protection, antitrust and civil liability.

She also has extensive experience in claims before national, provincial and municipal consumer and user protection and antitrust authorities.

Her working languages are Spanish, English and Italian.

Teaching activity

She lectures Consumer Law and Professional Practices at Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano (UCEL).

She has been an assistant lecturer in Community Law at the same University.
