Profile
Paula has been an associate at Racciatti & Hourquescos since 2023. Throughout her career, she has accumulated solid experience in providing legal advice to thriving local companies and advising clients on an independent basis.
She works in the areas of corporate law, insolvency and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.
Experience
Paula plays an active role in the area of commercial law where she provides comprehensive advice to clients related to innovation and financing in the agricultural sector. Her work ranges from the structuring of commercial agreements to the management of complex commercial litigation throughout the country.
She is also active in the areas of corporate law, and bankruptcy and insolvency.
Her working languages are Spanish and English.
Teaching activity
She is an assistant professor on Business and Market Law at Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
