Pilar joined Racciatti & Hourquescos in 2016.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she was a paralegal at the firm from 2011 to 2013.

She works in the area of consumer law, especially in mass litigation. She is also part of the firm’s corporate law team and leads the links with provincial regulatory bodies.

Experience

Pilar is part of the tort and consumer law litigation teams representing, automotive companies, car dealerships, savings plan administrators and food companies, among others, in matters related to consumer defense, antitrust and civil liability.

She is also actively involved in corporate law proceedings, providing comprehensive advice to legal entities, and in bank enforcement proceedings, focusing on credit recovery and enforcement of collateral.

She has experience in complex litigation and corporate defence strategies.

Her working languages are Spanish and English.
