Hernán is a partner at Racciatti & Hourquescos responsible for the areas of M&A and Corporate Law with extensive experience in domestic and international M&A transactions, trusts structuring, as well as complex corporate disputes.

He plays an active role in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and trusts and fiduciary services.

Experience

Hernán specialises in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and capital markets. He has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial and business law, especially in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, shareholders agreements, and corporate restructurings.

Doctrinal and teaching collaboration

In his academic facet, he is currently adjunct professor and lectures for the course on Corporate Law (Derecho Societario) at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Rosario, of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

Previously, for several years he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Sciences of Universidad Austral.

He has written many doctrinal works, both of his own and in collaboration with other authors, on subjects such as corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate disputes and corporate restructuring operations, among others.

His working languages are Spanish, English and Italian.
