Micaela joined Racciatti & Hourquescos in 2022.
Prior to her incorporation as an associate of the firm, she worked at the Public Prosecutor’s Office from 2016 to 2021.

She works in the areas of labour law.

Experience

Micaela is part of the labour law team at Racciatti & Hourquescos and specialises in providing legal advice to clients, both national and international, on all types of labour matters, both individual and collective issues. Her advice includes individual and collective negotiations, court proceedings, advice on social security matters and prevention of occupational risks.

Her working languages are Spanish and English.

Teaching activity

From 2016 to 2023 she participated in the Chair of Criminal Oral Litigation of the Law Degree at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Católica Argentina, both as a teaching assistant and as an assistant lecturer.

She has participated numerous times as a lecturer representing the University in oral criminal litigation competitions organised by INECIP.
