María Inés is a partner at Racciatti & Hourquescos, responsible for the areas of tax law and administrative law.
Over the years she has advised national and international clients in all types of litigation in civil, commercial and banking matters.

Inés is also a member of the firm’s insolvency and bankruptcy team.

She works in the areas of tax law, banking law, litigation and arbitration, and inheritance.

Experience

Inés has advised on civil and commercial litigation of different types such as financial products, mortgage enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings such as clawback actions, and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards.

Inés has also successfully led contentious tax proceedings before the provincial and federal courts and the National Tax Court.

Her working languages are Spanish and English.
